We work with school aged children who have:
Postural concerns and scoliosis
Disabilities or complex medical needs affecting movement and participation
Reduced strength, endurance, or coordination impacting daily life
Our programs focus on capacity building through targeted physiotherapy and exercise. We create individualised exercise plans to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and confidence. Through our strong links with personal trainers and physiotherapy aides, we can offer ongoing, supervised exercise sessions so children stay engaged, safe, and steadily progressing toward their goals.
With the right support, children can build the skills, independence, and resilience they need to thrive—in the classroom, on the playground, and in sport.
