A clinic made for movement, play and progress
Our Castle Hill clinic has been purpose built for babies and children. It gives our physiotherapists the space, equipment and flexibility to assess movement properly, turn therapy into play and adapt each session as a child grows.
The clinic welcomes children from their earliest weeks through primary school and beyond. Families visit us from across the Hills District, Blacktown, Western Sydney and the Hawkesbury.
What we do at the clinic
The clinic is our base for paediatric physiotherapy assessments and individual therapy. Depending on your child’s age and goals, a session may focus on gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, posture, walking, flexibility, pain, physical confidence or participation in everyday activities.
We use play-based activities, targeted exercise, hands-on techniques and functional skill practice to make therapy purposeful and engaging. Sessions may involve floor play, climbing, obstacle courses, balance activities, ball skills, bike practice or specific exercises selected for your child.
Specialised assessment and support
Our clinic also supports babies and children who need more specialised assessment or physical support. This includes specialised baby and infant assessment, gait and foot assessments, orthotic advice, equipment prescription, and ongoing physiotherapy for children with disability, developmental delay, neurological conditions or complex medical needs.
Where additional expertise is required, we work with trusted paediatricians, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, podiatrists, orthotists and equipment providers.
Your first visit
Your physiotherapist will begin by listening to your concerns and learning about your child’s health, development and everyday activities. The assessment is adapted to your child and may include observing movement, play, posture, walking, strength, balance, coordination or joint movement.
We will explain what we notice in clear language and discuss the next steps with you. Where therapy is recommended, you will receive an individual plan and practical strategies to use at home and in everyday routines.
